We're partnering with a growing technology services provider seeking a Senior L3 Network Support Engineer to join their engineering team.

This opportunity is suited to a networking specialist who enjoys troubleshooting complex customer environments, resolving critical incidents and acting as the technical escalation point for network-related issues.

About the Role

As a Senior L3 Network Support Engineer, you'll take ownership of complex networking issues across multiple customer environments while providing technical leadership and guidance to the wider support team.

Key Deliverables

- Act as the senior escalation point for complex network incidents and technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve firewall, routing, switching and connectivity-related problems
- Support and maintain customer network environments across multiple sites




- Participate in major incident response and problem management activities

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as an L3 Network Support Engineer within an MSP or managed services environment
- Solid experience supporting Fortinet, Meraki or Sophos environments
- Exposure to at least two of the above platforms is highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting capability across firewalls, switching, routing and VPN technologies
- Experience supporting multi-site customer environments
- Ability to manage complex escalations and major incidents
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers

- Must be based in Sydney.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
