Due to a team member relocating, they are looking for a Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager to join their close-knit Property Management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some real estate experience who wants to build their skills across leasing and property management, with plenty of support and future progression available.

Role
n
Working Monday to Saturday with a weekday off, you will support the Property Management team across a varied portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

n
Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
n




Managing leasing enquiries and processing applications
n
Liaising with tenants
n
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
n
Issuing work orders to trades
n
Assisting with lease renewals
n
Supporting insurance claims
n
General property management administration
n
Working across multiple Western Sydney offices
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to continue developing their career within property management. You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience within real estate, leasing or property management
n
Certificate of Registration
n
Driver's license and reliable car
n
Robust communication and customer service skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Experience with Property Tree would be advantageous
n
n
