The Role
- Manage an established residential portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage arrears, maintenance, rent reviews and renewals
- Handle NCAT and more complex tenancy matters when required
- Oversee portfolio compliance and landlord communication
- Work closely with your dedicated Leasing Consultant and admin support
- No accounts, no leasing, no Saturdays

About You
- Experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
- Previous residential real estate experience is essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Confident managing landlords and complex matters
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current driver's licence
