As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in attracting exceptional people who share our passion for creating environmental and community impact. This can be a part-time role (3-4 days per week) or a full-time role for the right candidate. Please indicate your working preference in your cover letter.

About the Role

Reporting to the People & Culture team, you will own and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment function across Ecosure's diverse business divisions.

You will work closely with leaders and hiring managers to:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across consulting, contracting and corporate functions.

- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and future talent needs.

- Drive employer branding initiatives that position Ecosure as an employer of choice.

- Manage candidate attraction campaigns across SEEK, LinkedIn, industry networks, universities and specialist channels.

- Coordinate graduate, internship and early careers programs.

- Enhance the candidate experience through effective, engaging and professional recruitment processes.

- Leverage recruitment data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making.

- Support continuous improvement of recruitment systems,



processes and technology.

What You'll Bring

Essential

- Demonstrated experience in an internal Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Business Partner/ Advisor or Senior Recruitment Consultant role.

- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of professional and technical roles.

- Proven capability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience using recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary sourcing methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

Highly Regarded

- Experience recruiting for environmental consulting, engineering, construction, professional services or technical industries.

- Experience with graduate recruitment and talent programs.

- Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

- Knowledge of contemporary recruitment analytics and talent market insights.
