Estimator/Construction
Admin to join our team. We are looking for someone who has building experience & onsite knowledge to assist our director in the estimating process.
Key responsibilities n
Take offs
n
Obtaining & reviewing quotes
n
Ability to read & analyse complex plans
n
Using BuildXact Software to produce accurate estimates
n
Revising estimates after value management with clients
n
Variations & sending PO's
n
Negotiating subcontractor agreements
n
Other ad hoc contract admin/construction admin tasks as required
