IGA Local Grocer Aratula will open in November and be led by an experienced Store Manager who is hands-on and community minded. You will help build the store culture, establish standards, oversee the fit-out and lead day-to-day operations from day one.
You will recruit and develop the team, drive outstanding customer service, manage stock and merchandising, monitor KPIs and ensure safety compliance. This is your chance to shape a local landmark in Aratula and surrounding communities.
