Job Description
Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a permanent full time role, delivering high-quality aged care across our residential and in-home services.
This position is 76 hours per fortnight with a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons and night shifts.
You will conduct holistic assessments, develop care plans, participate in clinical decision-making and mentor care staff while upholding safety and patient-centred practice.
