Join our growing Product Management team within CBRE's Digital & Technology group. The Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to own and enhance our proprietary Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) products across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our Digital & Technology group, you'll:

- Own the Product: Manage and evolve a suite of existing Valuation & Advisory products, aligning them with business and user priorities across both markets.
- Drive Growth: Lead the product roadmap, set sprint goals, and deliver measurable value.
- Act as Product Owner: Work with local and offshore Agile (Scrum) development teams to write and groom user stories, maintain the product backlog and deliver measurable, incremental value to users and the business.
- Shape How We Automate: Decide where a capability needs AI, where it needs a predictive model, and where it is better solved with clear rules and deterministic methods.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Conduct user research with valuers and operations teams, and identify opportunities to optimise workflows and drive KPIs.

About you:

- 3-5 Years' Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager or Owner in a digital environment.
- Technical Acumen & Data Driven Mindset: Strong technical and business background, comfortable working with both end users and engineering teams. Working across differing digital platforms (analytics, database, cloud technology).
- Judgement on AI: You can tell a generative problem from a predictive one from a rules problem. You don't need to have built models,



but you do need to know what each is for.
- Agile Expertise: Well versed in Agile (Scrum) and Lean methodologies.
- Excellent Written Communication and experience managing stakeholders at all levels.
- User-Centric Focus: Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences whilst working to deliver on time.
