The Digital Performance Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales and customer growth through Ringers Western's paid digital marketing, CRM and loyalty channels. This is a highly commercial, outcome-driven role that plays a key part in the overall sales strategy. The role is expected to push boundaries, challenge the status quo and continually identify new ways to improve performance, acquire customers and increase customer value.

Key responsibilities

- Own the strategy, performance and growth of Meta, Google and TikTok advertising
- Drive sales, customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth through paid channels
- Manage budgets and performance against key metrics, including MER, ROAS, CAC, CPA and revenue
- Continuously test new audiences, creative, platforms, campaigns and strategies
- Stay ahead of platform, algorithm and digital marketing developments and quickly adapt the strategy
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow paid performance
- Partner with Ecommerce, Creative, Merchandise and Marketing to align paid activity with the broader sales and trading strategy
- Own the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer communications
- Manage and optimise Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation and customer journeys
- Drive repeat purchases, customer retention and lifetime value

What we're looking for

- Proven experience owning paid media performance (Meta, Google and TikTok) in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Track record managing budgets against ROAS, CAC, CPA and revenue targets
- Hands-on CRM/lifecycle experience, ideally in Klaviyo or a comparable platform




- A test-and-learn mindset — comfortable running constant experiments across audiences, creative and channels
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to connect paid and CRM activity to trading outcomes
- Confident partnering across Ecommerce, Creative, Merchandise and Marketing teams
- Retail, ecommerce or apparel/consumer goods experience highly regarded
