Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a commercially focused People & Technology Commercial Officer to join our People & Technology team for 12 months.

Reporting to the Technology Commercial Manager, you will support financial management, procurement, contract administration and vendor governance across a diverse portfolio of technology platforms, software, hardware and services.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will:

- Monitor technology expenditure and support cost analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

- Coordinate procurement activities for software, hardware and professional services.

- Review procurement documentation and ensure compliance with CSPD policies and processes.

- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate invoice receipting.

- Administer technology contracts, licences and supplier agreements.

- Maintain accurate contract and procurement records.





- Interpret and communicate contract terms, obligations and requirements.

- Identify commercial risks and support contract compliance.

- Contribute to vendor performance and supplier relationship management.

- Support the continuous improvement of procurement and contract management practices.

- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, technology teams and suppliers.

About You

You will bring:

- Experience in procurement, commercial services, finance, contract administration or vendor management.

- Knowledge of procurement processes and governance requirements.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting or financial reporting.

- Experience supporting contracts, supplier agreements or software licences.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

- The ability to manage competing priorities within a collaborative team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

- A willingness to support the mission and ethos of Catholic education.

- Experience within a technology, ICT or digital services environment will be highly regarded.
