Our client is a a leading organisation currently undertaking significant investment in its people, technology and HR systems landscape. They are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment Specialist to support a major HR transformation initiative.

Description

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment Specialist to join a high-performing project team on an 8-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimising the SuccessFactors Recruiting Modules and Talent Acquisition environment, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with business requirements. Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in system administration, process improvement, troubleshooting and user support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting functionality
- Providing technical and functional support to stakeholders
- Driving process improvements across recruitment workflows
- Supporting testing, system enhancements and configuration activities




- Creating documentation and training materials
- Investigating and resolving system issues
- Supporting ongoing HR technology projects and initiatives

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and have a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes.

You will ideally have:

- Experience administering or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Exposure to HRIS, Talent Acquisition or HR technology environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or enhancements
- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment
