As Venue Manager at Bar Capri, you'll be the face and energy of the venue. Located within the stunning Elysium Noosa and operated in partnership with Maestro Hospitality, Bar Capri is one of the Sunshine Coast's most vibrant hospitality destinations. Inspired by the relaxed glamour of the Italian Riviera, the venue comes alive from long lunches and afternoon aperitivo through to sunset Spritzes, live entertainment and energetic evening service. This role is for a hospitality leader who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests, coaching teams and driving a memorable experience from the moment guests arrive until the last drink is poured.

Key responsibilities

- Leading from the front during service
- Creating an engaging, high-energy atmosphere for guests and team members
- Building solid relationships with guests and driving repeat visitation
- Coaching, developing and mentoring your team
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing future hospitality leaders
- Driving service standards and operational excellence
- Managing labour, productivity and venue performance
- Working closely with the leadership team to deliver business goals
- Identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience and grow the venue

About you

- Proven leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants,



bars or premium venues
- The ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Confidence engaging with guests and building relationships
- A hands-on leadership style and strong floor presence
- High energy, positivity and professionalism
- Strong commercial awareness and operational capability
