Offering a freshly purpose built clinic space near Darra, they're seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of the occupational therapy service within their practice

The Role:

- Your Caseload: Work with a diverse caseload (ages 0-18), with opportunities to expand to adults if desired
- Focus on early intervention and support for neurodivergent conditions such as ASD and ADHD
- Manageable Billable: Take on a maximum caseload of 23 clients per week to ensure clinician wellbeing, this includes leadership responsibilities.
- No pressure —caseloads gradually increase, with the first three months focused on onboarding and support

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
