You will launch and grow the category across sealed product and singles, stores, ecommerce, live commerce and events. This is a hands-on role covering category strategy, buying recommendations, stock availability, pricing, sealed-versus-cracking decisions, staff training and community growth.

Key responsibilities

- Build the launch plan, category strategy, range, forecasts and performance targets.
- Own performance across sales, margin, availability, sell-through, inventory turn and customer engagement.
- Recommend buys and allocations, manage release calendars and maintain the right stock across stores and online channels.
- Decide when product should be sold sealed, used in live breaks or cracked for singles based on demand, margin and risk.
- Establish clear processes for buying, grading, authenticating, pricing and handling raw and graded singles and collections.
- Develop live-selling, breaking, event and promotional plans that grow the category and community.
- Create practical product training and operating guides for store teams.
- Work across retail, ecommerce, operations, marketing and finance to deliver launches and report performance.





About you

- Deep, current knowledge of sports cards across sealed and singles, raw and graded cards, key product lines, players, sets, parallels, inserts and grading.
- Hands-on commercial or operational experience in sports cards - for example as a category manager, buyer, dealer, breaker, shop owner or high-volume seller.
- Robust commercial judgement and confidence using spreadsheets, forecasts and performance data.
- A practical, ownership-focused approach and the ability to build processes from scratch.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and influence store teams.
- High attention to detail, integrity and flexibility to attend events or work some evenings and weekends.
