Estimator / Supervisor Insurance Industry

Our clients are construction professionals operating in the insurance building repair sector across Queensland.

Due to their continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Estimator / Supervisor to join their Townsville Team.

The Role

You will be undertaking assessments, scope capture & coordination of insurance work, predominately on residential properties.

Assessments & Scope capture 80%. Supervision 20%.

You’ll be assisted by your own dedicated Project Coordinator who will book appointments & assist with administrative tasks, communications & portal updates.

You’ll have access to an internal Estimating team who will assist with quote production.

You’ll work closely with an existing trade network & are encouraged to build upon this foundation to ensure great outcomes for the customers.





About you (the following skills and experience are desirable):

- Experience in insurance / remedial / renovations / fit-out construction across domestic construction.
- Experience in building scopes of work on domestic properties in an insurance claim setting.
- Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, insurance loss adjusters and construction related trades and suppliers.
- Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
- Experienced in the use of Prime Ecosystem for scope building would be of benefit.
- Company vehicle or allowance. All IT and tech provided.
