Logistics Operations Senior Specialist (Thai speaking)

Are you a Thai-speaking logistics professional looking to take the next step in your supply chain career with a global healthcare company?

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Senior Specialist to support logistics and distribution activities across Australia, New Zealand, and broader APAC markets including Thailand . In this role, you will work closely with logistics service providers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure life-changing medicines reach patients safely, compliantly, and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, import/export operations, supply chain coordination, or customs processes who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations from supplier pickup through to customer delivery

- Manage order processing, shipment monitoring, and inventory movements across APAC markets

- Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders and warehouse partners

- Support import and export activities, customs clearance processes and cross-border shipments

- Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP and relevant trade regulations

- Investigate and resolve distribution, transportation and delivery issues

- Coordinate product returns, recalls, destructions and reverse logistics activities

- Review logistics performance, service levels and operational KPIs

- Support invoice reconciliation,



purchase orders and logistics cost management

- Contribute to process improvement, automation and operational excellence initiatives

- Maintain logistics documentation and support audit readiness activities

- Partner with regional and global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial teams

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Business-level proficiency in both Thai and English

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, customs brokerage, freight forwarding or distribution operations

- Experience working in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, medical devices, clinical logistics or similar industries

- Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs processes

- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline

- Experience working with 3PLs, logistics service providers or transportation partners

- Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) requirements

- Exposure to APAC regional logistics operations
