The Role
This is a fantastic chance for a trade-qualified Print professional seeking a great work-life balance. Working 4 days per week , you will primarily be responsible for operating our 5 colour Heidelberg press.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain a 5 colour Heidelberg offset printing press.
- Produce high-quality commercial print work to an exceptional standard operating within our quality and environmental systems
- Carry out necessary maintenance and cleaning of the press.
- Manage job workflows efficiently, ensuring minimal waste and maximum productivity.
- Conduct quality checks throughout print runs to maintain color consistency and accuracy.
What We Are Looking For
- Trade Qualified: Must hold a relevant trade qualification in Print Machining.
- Experienced: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating Heidelberg presses.
- Detail-Oriented: An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining premium quality standards.
- Autonomous & Flexible: Proven ability to work unsupervised, manage your own workload, and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Licence: Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence.
