Job Description
Opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a commercial refurbishment project for a 10-week programme commencing mid-September.
n
As the Site Supervisor you will work closely with the Project delivery team and sub-contractors to deliver a high-quality project on time and on budget.
n Key tasks & responsibilities will include:
n
n
Scheduling work in line with project program.
n
Procurement of materials and equipment.
n
Coordinating sub-contractors and direct labour.
n
WHS Management including daily pre-starts and site inspections.
n
Quality management including rectification of defects.
n
Resolving constructability issues.
n
Reporting to the Project Manager on progress.
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience working in the commercial building.
n
Cool, calm, and collected, engaging with people in a cooperative way to get work done.
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
n
Solid ability to manage and motivate trades in a quick-paced workplace.
n
Trade qualification.
n
Current driver's license.
