Key responsibilities

- Run a pipeline of residential and commercial jobs end-to-end
- Conduct accurate site measures (check measures) for balustrade, fencing, screens and metalwork
- Turn measures into production-ready designs — working with drafting team on shop drawings and resolving details before anything gets made
- Order glass, aluminium and materials, and put jobs into production with clear, complete information
- Schedule and organise install crews — book sites, confirm access, and make sure product and people arrive together
- Be the point of contact for builders and site supervisors on your jobs — sequencing, site readiness, variations and handover
- Keep multiple jobs moving at once and flag problems before they become delays

About you

- Experience running jobs in balustrade, glazing, fencing, fabrication, shopfitting, or a similar measure-make-install trade
- Confident and accurate on the tape — site measuring is a core part of this role
- Able to read plans and shop drawings, and translate site conditions into buildable designs
- Organised and calm juggling multiple live jobs, trades and builder programs




- Solid communicator — comfortable dealing with builders, supervisors and install crews daily
- Trade background highly regarded; driver's licence essential
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights — visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Our product range covers frameless and semi-frameless glass balustrade, aluminium fencing, gates and privacy screens, timber-look battens, stainless steel handrail, window shrouds, awnings, shower screens and custom welded fabrication. Our work spans everything from residential through to large-scale commercial projects across Melbourne and Victoria.
