Your role

- To lead a team of around eight staff and generally manage a branch with over $1.1M in fees
- Take over and continue to nurture client relationships
- Work closely with clients, predominantly small to medium in size, and working within the primary production industry including farming and those providing services such as machinery dealers, veterinary practices, mechanical and welding services.
- Manage compliance activities, taking a hands on approach and continue to develop advisory work

What you'll offer
