The Learning and Teaching Leader (0.2+) and Classroom Teacher role is a key member of the School Leadership Team, entrusted with the leadership of teaching and learning excellence across the school. A great opportunity to share and develop your expertise and leadership skills as well as joining our wonderful school community that has been growing in enrolments in recent years. For Term1, 2027.

The Learning and Teaching Leader:

- leads from a Christ-centred vision, grounded in faith, hope and love, and models the school's Catholic identity and charism in daily practice
- brings a collaborative approach to leadership — walking alongside staff and students in a spirit of dialogue, discernment and mutual respect
- upholds the sacred dignity of every person, ensuring students and staff are known, valued and secure
- engages in ongoing formation, prayer and reflection that deepens their own leadership
- provides classroom instructional leadership

- leads change and continuous improvement
- promotes and actively attends to child safety standards

As a teacher:
