The position

We're looking for a Business Analyst with a strong software background and experience working in fast-moving SaaS, scale-up or start-up environments to help shape and deliver technical solutions that support FYI's continued growth.

Working closely with Engineering, Product and Quality teams, you'll play a key role in defining technical requirements for cloud-based solutions, ensuring requirements are well understood and aligned to both client and business needs.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with Product, Engineeringand business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, userstoriesand solution designs.
- Analyse business processes, system integrations and support escalations toidentifyroot causes, define practical solutions and drive continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering to define APIs, data flows and technical requirements that support scalable,



high-quality product delivery.
- Contribute to product roadmap development and sprint ceremonies by providing client, technical and business insights that influence priorities.
- Drive successful feature releases by supporting go-live activities and continuous improvement across delivery.

About you

- At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, integrations and RESTful APIs in Agile delivery environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering practical, client-focused solutions.

You'llneed valid working rights in Australia and the ability to complete satisfactorybackgroundand verification checks as part of our standard recruitment process.
