As Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team to coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors and trades, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements. You will oversee your allocated work areas, monitor progress, resolve site issues and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

This Site Supervisor role is key to the successful delivery of our Crowne Plaza, Maroochydore project. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Site Manager and broader project team, you will coordinate subcontractors, monitor programme and sequencing, oversee quality and safety, and ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements. You will take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues, maintaining productivity and keeping works on track.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of key areas of a high-profile hotel project, working within an experienced and well-resourced team while contributing to the successful delivery of the Crowne Plaza.

To be Successful in the Role,



you will have

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on medium to large-scale commercial, hotel, residential or mixed-use construction projects.
- Strong experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and day-to-day site activities to achieve programme milestones.
- A sound understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, drawings and specifications.
- A strong commitment to WHS, quality and environmental requirements, maintaining high standards across the site.
- The ability to identify and resolve site issues proactively, keeping works productive and on programme.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors and the wider project team.
- Experience conducting site inspections, quality checks, pre-starts and toolbox meetings, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Procore, Hammertech or similar construction management platforms.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A genuine passion for construction and delivering high-quality finishes and project outcomes.
