The Role

We are seeking an early career psychologist to join our team. This is a 3-day per week role (10am–6pm) working with both in-clinic and telehealth clients. You will be joining a chilled, supportive environment where creativity, collaboration, and affirmation are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide affirming therapy and supports post-diagnosis (e.g. emotional regulation, anxiety, masking, family support, accommodations in school/home/work).

- Work with children using creative, playful, and behavioural therapy approaches (yes, getting down on the floor and joining in play is part of the fun!).

- Support teens and adults in navigating neurodivergence, mental health, and daily life.





- Conduct assessments (cognitive, academic, and, with full training, ADHD and Autism assessments).

- Collaborate with families, schools, and allied health professionals to put supports in place.

About You

- Early career psychologist

- Preferred experience working with ADHD and Autism, or an intense drive to deep-dive and learn about neurodivergence.

- Passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults in ways that are truly affirming.

- Confident in taking initiative, playful in approach, and comfortable engaging with little kids at their level.

- Incredibly neurodiversity-affirming in values, language, and practice.

- Lived experience of neurodivergence is highly valued.

Position Details

- Hours : 10am – 6pm, 3 days per week initially (prospect to increase in future)

- Location : Caringbah & Telehealth

- Start Date : November 2026

- Salary : Contracting position (hourly rate); part-time employment salary options possible if this is preferred.
