About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Events Manager to lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of a diverse national events portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and creative event professional who thrives on bringing ideas to life. You'll take ownership of events from concept through to execution, managing every detail to ensure exceptional experiences for customers, stakeholders and partners.

Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll deliver engaging events that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement and support commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage an annual national events calendar
- Lead the planning and delivery of events, activations, launches, exhibitions and customer experiences
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics and project plans
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, agencies and key stakeholders
- Develop event concepts that align with business objectives and brand strategy
- Ensure events are delivered safely, professionally and within budget
- Measure event success through reporting, insights and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish event frameworks, processes and best practices to support scalable event delivery

About You





You are an experienced Events Manager who excels in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

You'll bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Events, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline preferred
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Motorcycle licence, riding experience or genuine interest in motorcycles and powersports highly desirable
- Ability to travel and work evenings, early mornings and weekends when required
- Demonstrated experience managing events from concept to completion
- Strong project management, organisation and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers and competing priorities
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
