PRINCIPLE planning + urban design (PPUD) is currently involved in an exciting range of projects throughout NSW.

PPUD are currently working on a number of career defining projects!

These projects include Development Applications, Reviews of Environmental Factors, State Significant Development Applications, Housing Delivery Authority SSDAS, master planning as well as Planning Proposals.

Our goal is to deliver on and enhance town planning principles which have made Sydney a success. We work closely with development teams throughout NSW.

Town planners/senior town planners are sought to join our team with the following experience and qualities:

A current or emerging understanding of NSW statutory planning legislation.

Ability to review and comment on information which informs town planning reports such as architectural plans, traffic reports, ecological assessments, heritage reports and the like.

Experience or emerging experience with drafting town planning reports such as SEEs, EISs, Planning Proposals, CDC assessments and the like.

Drivers license to undertake site inspections.





Experience or emerging experience with communicating via phone and emails with external stakeholders.

Preparation of due diligence advice to clients.

Preparation of town planning Development Application assessment reports.

Lodgement of Development Applications and liaison with Council staff; and

Working alongside other professionals on a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects with the aim of delivering projects working within deadlines and budget.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who is passionate about using their experience across a wide range of projects throughout Sydney and NSW.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Successfully completed a tertiary degree in Town Planning with 3 years+ residential experience;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Solid organisational management with theability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines;

A confident self-starter who is passionate to learn; and

Ableto work full time.
