Key Responsibilities
As Service Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the service department, driving performance, customer satisfaction and team development.
- Lead and develop the service team to achieve strong operational and financial results
- Drive workshop productivity and efficiency
- Monitor department performance and ensure budgets and KPI's are achieved
- Coach and mentor technicians, apprentices and service advisors
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high CSI levels
- Work closely with parts and management teams to maximise departmental performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and manufacturer standardsi>
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the service operation
About You
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or senior automotive aftersales leader
- Strong workshop and customer service management experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Commercially minded with strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Driven, organised and results-focused
