We are seeking an experienced and licensed Strata Manager to join our growing team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

- A current Strata Management Licence
- Minimum two years' experience as a Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation, compliance requirements and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage conflict, facilitate resolutions, and achieve positive outcomes
- Experience with BMCs and building defects (desirable but not essential)
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping communities thrive
