About the Role
n
We're seeking a detail-orientedAssembly Technicianto join our collaborative and innovative team. This hands‐on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision components and thrives in a high‐tech manufacturing environment.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Assembly skills (attention to detail, read engineering drawings, follow quality processes etc), with electrical bend.
n
Electronic component soldering experience, preferably including surface mount.
n
Fine soldering, using magnifying lens or microscope where needed.
n
Wiring harness assembly including crimping of Mil Spec connectors.
n
Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all builds.
n




Report issues and updates clearly—both verbally and electronically.
n
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
n
Follow ISO and internal quality procedures diligently.
n

We're looking for someone with:
n
Ability to read and follow detailed drawings and instructions.
n
Experience with soldering, wire crimping, and microscope work.
n
Basic mechanical fitting skills.
n
Good time management and teamwork.
n
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
n
