Job Description
As a Residential Care Attendant in our Stepdown Unit, you'll play a meaningful role supporting residents during a critical transition as they move from acute care back toward independent living or long-term placement.
Key responsibilities
Joining the Ceduna Casual Pool, you'll provide hands‐on personal care and daily living support to residents in a small, close-knit workplace.
Delivering person‐centred care to residents in the Stepdown Unit, assisting with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
Supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing in line with individual care plans.
Collaborating with nursing and allied health staff to ensure protected, consistent handover and continuity of care.

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related discipline (or equivalent demonstrated experience).
Experience providing personal care in a residential, hospital, or community setting.
