We are seeking a friendly, reliable, motivated female Disability Support Worker to support a young woman (20 years old) with purely physical disabilities . This is a rewarding one‑on‑one role in a safe, fun, and supportive environment , ideal for Health-related Students.

About the Role

You will provide high‑quality assisted daily living support, including:

- Personal care and toileting
- PEG feeding, bi-pap breathing support and manual handling (training given)
- Accompanying the client to university and providing on‑campus support
- Driving the client when required (vehicle provided)
- Attending hospital, physiotherapy and other allied health appointments
- Supporting independence, safety, and daily routines

This is not agency work — it is a stable, long‑term role with consistent shifts and a positive workplace culture.
