About the roleWorking within Licensing Services, you will:lead the day-to-day operations, workload management and development of a small team, providing coaching, mentoring and technical guidancedeliver licensing training for new starters and refresher training for existing employees, including training delivered at QBCC regional officesdevelop, review and improve licensing guides, procedures and supporting resourcesact as a subject matter expert across all licensing streams, including builder, trade and occupational licensingThis position is based in Brisbane and versatile arrangements can be considered upon application, including working remotely at a Regional QBCC office subject to availability.
