Our Footwear team is looking for a commercially minded Supply & Demand Planner to help ensure the right product is available in the right place, at the right time.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll own operational demand planning and forecasting across footwear categories, using sales data, market insights and commercial inputs to build accurate forecasts and support smarter purchasing and inventory decisions.

Working across Brand, Product, Wholesale, Planning & Supply Chain, Finance and our offshore teams, you’ll play a key role in balancing inventory investment with product availability and service levels. It’s a highly team-oriented role with the opportunity to influence how we plan, buy and flow product through the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Develop article-level demand forecasts using historical sales, commercial inputs and market insights
- Partner with Brand, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to refine demand signals and respond to changing customer needs
- Monitor inventory levels, ageing and stock profiles, identifying opportunities to address excess, slow-moving or aged stock
- Support monthly demand reviews and the broader S&OP; process, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Partner with Supply Chain to track purchase orders, delivery timelines and seasonal stock flow
- Support seasonal launches, range transitions and product lifecycle activity, including markdown and clearance planning
- Analyse forecast accuracy, sales and range performance to identify trends and improve future planning decisions
- Maintain planning tools and master data while supporting reporting and continuous improvements across the demand planning process

ABOUT YOU

- 3+ years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, allocation or merchandise planning
- Retail experience is preferred, with footwear experience highly regarded




- Strong analytical capability with a genuine interest in using data to solve commercial problems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas and data analysis
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP or demand planning system
- Confident collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across commercial, product and supply chain teams
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to turn analysis into action
