Requirements

- Current real estate licence/certification (essential)
- Proven sales capability and strong negotiation/communication skills

Responsibilities

- Prospect, list and sell residential property, managing the sales process end-to-end




- Build and nurture relationships with vendors and buyers to generate repeat and referral business
- Conduct appraisals, presentations, open homes and private inspections
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Manage your pipeline, follow-ups and performance targets using our systems
- Work closely with the in-house support team to ensure a smooth, qualified client experience
