We're growing fast and looking for a creative powerhouse who loves building content, testing ideas and turning outstanding campaigns into real business results.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days sitting in meetings or waiting for someone else to create the assets. You'll be behind the camera one minute, launching a campaign the next, and analysing what worked over a coffee with the team after that.

We're looking for someone who gets just as excited about creating a viral Reel as they do about reducing cost per lead.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating Content That Stops the Scroll

Own and grow our social presence across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Create, shoot and edit engaging short-form video content.

Develop compelling ad creative across video, static and carousel formats.

Write hooks, captions and ad copy that grab attention and drive action.

Build and manage content calendars across multiple brands.

Visit franchise locations, interviews, events and industry functions to capture authentic content.

Be constantly looking for opportunities to leverage trends, tell stories and showcase our people.

Running High-Performing Paid Campaigns

Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.

Manage and allocate advertising budgets across multiple brands.





Set up and maintain tracking, pixels and conversion reporting.

Test creative, audiences and campaign strategies regularly.

Monitor performance and make quick decisions based on data.

Focus on the metrics that matter, including cost per lead, lead quality and return on investment.

Driving Growth Through Insights

Turn campaign results into practical recommendations and improvements.

Share performance insights with the wider marketing team and franchise partners.

Work closely with agency owners to understand what converts in the real world.

Stay ahead of trends and platform changes so we're always one step ahead of competitors.

Continuously experiment, optimise and improve.

You're Probably a Great Fit If...

You have experience running paid Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with real budget responsibility.

You know the difference between content that looks positive and content that performs.

You can film, edit and create content yourself without relying on external agencies.

You understand metrics like CPL, CPM, CTR and conversion rates.

You're naturally curious and love testing new ideas.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You're organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership of your work.

You bring positive energy and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team culture.
