About the role

Truflow Group is seeking an experienced Service Maintenance Manager (QLD Region) to join our team and be part of our QLD Service Business unit. This is a full time position based in Heathwood, QLD. As the Service Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and servicing of our spray booth equipment across the QLD region, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients.

What you'll be doing

- Manage a team of technicians responsible for the preventative maintenance and reactive service of spray booths and related equipment
- Quoting, Booking, co-ordinating service operations for Brisbane and QLD.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum ultilsation of staff to jobs.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and service visits, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations
- Grow service division to meet and exceed KPI ( Job numbers and Value)
- Oversee the procurement of spare parts and materials required for maintenance and repairs
- Provide technical guidance and support to the service team and clients as needed
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a service maintenance management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport,



or logistics industries
- Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment (preferable but not mandatory)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
