As a Department Manager (Customer Service Manager) at Myer Wagga , you will play a key role in driving customer service excellence across multiple departments. About You:

- Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in Retail or Department Store environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectively
- Customer focused with superior customer service skills
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
