This is a agile, dual-focused role responsible for driving new business across the region while managing, mentoring, and scaling our existing sales team. You will position our comprehensive range of rotary screw, piston, and oil-free compressors, alongside turnkey air treatment and maintenance solutions.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with major key accounts

Develop and maintain formal customer plans for key customers and targets

Develop and maintain a customer call cycle

Ensure all information is entered into the company CRM (Hubspot) accurately and in a timely manner

Identify, target, and secure new high-value B2B commercial and industrial accounts

Develop technical solutions and recommendations for customers

Provide technical support during proposal development and project execution

Work closely with service teams to identify upgrade and replacement opportunities

Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders and technical quotes using the company ERP (Sagex3)

Collaborate with service/operations team to ensure seamless equipment installation and commissioning

What We Are Looking For:

Proven Industrial Sales Track Record: Minimum 3–5 years of capital equipment sales experience (direct experience with air compressors, vacuum systems, pneumatics, or heavy industrial machinery is highly desirable).

Leadership Capabilities: Prior experience managing or leading a sales team, or a proven readiness to step up into a player-coach capacity.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical engineering specs and communicate mechanical/energy-saving benefits to client engineers and procurement teams.

Strong Negotiation Skills: A natural relationship builder with a proven ability to close high-value capital equipment contracts.





Valid Driver’s License: Required for regular regional travel to client sites.
