The opportunity

Reporting to an experienced Site Manager, you'll be involved in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of site activities while continuing to develop your site leadership capability.

You’ll:

- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and daily site activities

- Drive works to meet construction programs and project milestones

- Lead and provide direction to trades and subcontractors on site

- Monitor workmanship and ensure works meet drawings, specifications and RCQ quality standards

- Maintain a strong focus on WHS and secure site operations

- Identify and resolve day-to-day construction issues

- Assist with forward planning, sequencing and coordination of works

- Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to deliver successful project outcomes





About you

We're looking for someone who has built a strong foundation in construction and is ready for the next step .

You’ll ideally bring:

- Trade qualification in Carpentry

- Current Supervisor Licence

- Strong hands-on construction knowledge and experience

- Experience as a Carpenter, Leading Hand, Foreman or similar

- Commercial construction experience highly regarded

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation

- Confidence coordinating trades and subcontractors

- Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills

- A genuine commitment to safety, quality and getting the job done properly

- The drive and ambition to develop your career in construction leadership

You don't need to have spent years with "Foreman" in your job title. If you're an experienced Carpenter or Leading Hand with the capability and licence to step up, we'd like to hear from you.
