This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced traffic professional looking for ongoing work, career stability and a take-home company ute.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for leading traffic management crews across a range of civil and construction projects throughout Melbourne.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and coordinating traffic control crews
- Setting up and maintaining traffic management sites
- Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Following Traffic Management Plans and site requirements
- Supervising your crew and maintaining high standards
- Liaising with supervisors, clients and other site personnel
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety requirements

About you





We’re looking for an experienced Traffic Team Leader who is:

- Experienced in traffic management and crew leadership
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Confident communicating with crews, supervisors and clients
- Able to work across Melbourne CBD and South-East Melbourne
- Well presented and professional
- Hold relevant Victorian traffic management qualifications (MUST HAVE TMI2)
- Hold a current Victorian Driver License
- Hold a White Card
