Registered Psychologist (Phobia Clinic / Sponsorship available)

You'll primarily deliver a 6-session, CBT-based treatment program for specific phobias, including vehophobia, incorporating Virtual Reality (VR) exposure therapy .

There is also scope to work with clients across CTP, Workers Insurance, Medicare, private and employer-funded services.

The Role

You'll primarily deliver a 6-session, CBT-based treatment program for specific phobias, including vehophobia, incorporating Virtual Reality (VR) exposure therapy .

There is also scope to work with clients across CTP, Workers Insurance, Medicare, private and employer-funded services.

What You'll Do

- Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based treatment

- Provide CBT interventions for anxiety and specific phobias

- Use VR exposure therapy as part of treatment

- Support clients to return to driving and achieve meaningful outcomes

- Manage approximately 5-6 client sessions per day

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

- Collaborate with clients, referrers and other professionals

About You





- Tertiary qualification in Psychology

- Current AHPRA registration

- Current SIRA registration or eligibility to obtain

- Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence

- Robust psychological assessment and treatment skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in CTP/Workers Insurance, anxiety, specific phobias or vehophobia is highly regarded but not essential.
