Job Description
Ironbark No 1 mine in Queensland's Bowen Basin seeks a hands-on HR skilled to own day-to-day generalist tasks on site.
You'll draft letters, manage documentation, chase paperwork, update systems, and keep processes moving with practical, roll-up-your-sleeves action.
Working closely with site leaders, you'll partner to support operations, apply HR practices on the ground, and handle payroll, timesheets, recruitment and onboarding using Excel and HRIS.
