Crystalbrook Sam in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to help launch our 5-star hotel and dining experience, including a signature rooftop restaurant, lobby bar and café.
You will lead a large Food & Beverage team, manage multiple departments, ensure secure, compliant operations, and deliver memorable guest experiences across a quick-paced service workplace.
Full working rights in Australia required; RSA & Approved Managers License preferred.
