- Demonstrated above average performance in your previous role is essential
- You're a people person, build relationships quickly and liking a bit of banter is a bonus
- Understand follow-up, pipelines and CRMs, Hubspot an advantage

SHOW ME THE MONEY

It is a base + commission role. Realistic OTE earnings between $100K - $110K for above average performers. Career progression for top appointment setters to become lead agents if they with within 18 months. Structured training is provided. These numbers are real. Candidates with extensive telemarketing, associate or real estate industry experience but no direct sales experience will be considered.

Applicants must hold valid Australian work visa or permanent residency status.
