EasyA is partnering with Dynamic Bradview Roofing to recruit a trade-qualified Roof Plumber with metal roofing experience, ready to step into an Area Supervisor role, leading projects and teams across multiple sites.

About the Role

As the Area Manager / Supervisor,



you will oversee day-to-day roofing operations across the Growth Corridor (Western and South Western Sydney). You will lead the delivery team, coordinate schedules, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support roofing crews across multiple project sites
- Conduct WHS checks, risk assessments, and site audits
- Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving for onsite issues
