Day to Day

- Prospecting for prospective sellers and landlords
- Building and nurturing your client database
- Identifying current Sales and Property Management opportunities
- Attending and assisting with listing presentations
- Conducting open homes and property inspections
- Managing and following up buyers
- Assisting with sales campaigns and negotiations
- Progressing toward independently securing your own listings

The Details

$70,000–$80,000 package + commissions

Commissions across both Sales and Property Management

Unlimited earning potential

Monday to Saturday with a weekday off in lieu

NSW Certificate of Registration essential

Cert iv real estate practice an advantage

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
