This hybrid role alternates weekly between three days onsite (Docklands office or Coles HQ in Hawthorn East) and two days working remotely from home.

Responsibilities

Service & Availability: Maximise DIFOT and in-store availability using replenishment systems, processes, and proactive communicationInsights & Reporting: Conduct daily root cause analysis on out-of-stocks (OOS) to resolve issues quickly and prevent recurrenceData

Integrity: Leverage customer systems to identify data issues and implement sustainable fixesStock & Order Execution: Manage days of supply, product allocations, order creation, picking, and dispatch to meet

KPIsCustomer Collaboration: Build strong relationships through regular on-site engagement and lead customer collaboration meetings
