This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work while also managing supply chain operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of stock, from receiving and storing inventory to demand planning, purchasing, and coordinating with suppliers.

Key responsibilities

- Receive and organise stock
- Perform stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy
- Load and unload deliveries (manual lifting required)
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised
- Forecast stock needs using sales trends and demand planning tools
- Manage stock levels between fulfillment center and 3PL partner
- Ensure timely and full deliveries from suppliers
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting supply and timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries





About you

- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse coordination (preferably in e-commerce)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse stock
- CIN7 experience is a plus
