Probiotec is a leading provider of contract manufacturing and packing services in the pharmaceutical and associated sectors, since beginning operations in 1997. The group includes Probiotec Multipack, Probiotec LJM and Probiotec Pharma, employing over 1,000 people nationwide. This role is based at our recent state-of-the-art Kemps Creek facility.

THE ROLE

Based at our Kemps Creek facility, this role sets up and changes over production lines, and finds, repairs and troubleshoots equipment faults to keep the site running to GMP and quality standards. Day shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up production lines and manage changeovers to meet production schedules

Fault find, repair and troubleshoot packing and processing equipment

Set and strip production machinery for different product runs

Oversee production and packing workflow across the shift





Maintain plant and equipment for reliable running

Work within GMP and WHS requirements across all tasks

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Mechanical Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Engineering (or equivalent)

At least 2 years on a packing floor with conveyors, cartoning or shrink wrap equipment

Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments

Working knowledge of GMP requirements

Able to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
