Little Miracles Point Clare is looking for a passionate and experienced Child Care Educator to join our team as a Room Leader! Leverage your skills by investing into the children you care for, whilst also being invested into yourself. We value our educators and provide training and support in areas including qualified and personal development, as well as wellbeing. We also have diploma trained room assistant opportunities at Point Clare and Tuggerah. These full time roles could be your next step in your educator journey!

What you'll be doing

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development

Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child

Guide the educators in your room, and foster a collaborative environment

Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements

Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the childcare centre

What we're looking for

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification

Experience working as an Educator in a childcare setting

Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children





Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
